Delivery Options

Standard UK Delivery (1-3 Working Days)
We'll deliver your purchase within 1-3 working days after receiving and processing your order.

International Delivery (3-5 Working Days)
We'll deliver your purchase within 3-5 working days after receiving and processing your order.

PLEASE NOTE: Processing time may take up to 7 days before shipment.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees for international deliveries are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once we start packing your order, we'll send you a shipment confirmation email containing delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that tracking information may take a few days to be updated. You can also track your order by logging into your account under ‘Orders’.

Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel can't be delivered according to your chosen delivery option, it'll automatically be returned to us. We'll contact you to arrange reshipment or provide further instructions.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

Stéfanos Eleá isn't responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend using recorded delivery or a shipping option that provides tracking. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@stefanoselea.com so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

Customs & Duties (International Orders Only)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other import fees that may be charged by their local authorities. These charges aren't included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient.
